Tesla Model 3, Model S, and Model X centre armrest storage box retrofit with anti-slip options

This plastic storage box retrofit is designed specifically for the centre armrest compartments of Tesla Model 3, Model S, and Model X vehicles. It provides a dedicated storage solution for the often-underutilised space within the centre console armrest, transforming it into an organised compartment for small items. Available in several model-specific configurations, including enlarged versions for increased capacity and flocked finishes for reduced noise, the retrofit addresses the need for practical interior organisation without requiring extensive vehicle modification. The business style design ensures it complements the modern aesthetic of Tesla interiors while serving functional purposes for both professional and personal vehicle use.

Features and Construction

The storage box retrofit consists of a single plastic unit that fits precisely into the existing armrest cavity of compatible Tesla models. With multiple configuration options available, users can select the version that best matches their specific vehicle model and storage requirements.

Material and Build

Constructed entirely from plastic, the storage box provides a rigid structure that maintains its shape within the armrest compartment. The plastic construction allows for precise moulding to fit the contours of each Tesla model's armrest interior. Some versions include flocking, which adds a textured surface that can reduce noise from items moving within the storage area. The optional anti-slip pads available on certain models help prevent smaller items from sliding during vehicle acceleration or cornering.

Size and Practical Fit

While specific dimensions are not provided in the source material, the storage box is designed to fit the exact contours of the centre armrest compartment in compatible Tesla vehicles. The enlarged versions offer increased capacity compared to standard models, providing more space for items like larger smartphones, sunglasses, or small tablets. Each version is tailored to specific Tesla models, with separate configurations available for Model 3, Model S, and Model X vehicles to ensure proper fitment within each model's unique armrest design.

Uses and Placement

This retrofit storage solution transforms the often-wasted space within the centre armrest into a functional storage area. By providing dedicated organisation within the vehicle's interior, it addresses common issues with loose items rattling or becoming difficult to locate while driving.

Event or Professional Use

The business style design makes this storage solution suitable for professional contexts where vehicle organisation reflects on business presentation. It provides discreet storage for business cards, pens, and small electronic devices that professionals might need while travelling between appointments or meetings. The organised compartment helps maintain a tidy vehicle interior when transporting clients or colleagues, with items securely stored rather than scattered across seats or console areas.

Everyday Home Use

For personal vehicle use, the storage box offers practical organisation for everyday items like coins for parking, toll passes, sunglasses, or small snacks. The anti-slip pad options prevent items from sliding out of reach during normal driving, while the plastic construction withstands regular use without showing significant wear. By keeping small essentials organised within the armrest compartment, drivers can maintain focus on the road rather than searching for items that have shifted position during vehicle movement.

Benefits and Buying Value

This retrofit storage solution provides specific advantages for Tesla owners seeking to optimise their vehicle's interior organisation without extensive modifications. The model-specific design ensures compatibility with existing armrest compartments while adding functional storage capacity.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The plastic construction requires minimal maintenance beyond occasional cleaning with a damp cloth appropriate for plastic surfaces. The storage box can be removed if needed for cleaning the underlying armrest compartment, then reinstalled without losing its functionality. Unlike fabric organisers that might wear or tear with repeated use, the rigid plastic construction maintains its shape and organisation capabilities over extended periods of regular vehicle use.

Why Choose This Product

This storage box retrofit addresses a specific gap in Tesla vehicle organisation - the often-unused space within the centre armrest compartment. By providing a model-specific solution with multiple configuration options, it allows owners to select the version that best matches their storage needs and vehicle model. The business style design complements Tesla interiors while the practical organisation helps reduce clutter and improve accessibility to frequently used small items during driving.
